During my branding career I have crafted hundreds of professional logo families
and brand identities for happy customers.

I always start with hand-drawn sketches and I firmly believe that there is no comparison to the flood of ideas that come when I’m sketching out the preliminary concepts for a logo. This important step in the creative process allows me to produce quality designs that truly capture the personality of my customer’s brand, which is nearly impossible to accomplish with a pre-made design. I only focus on CUSTOM logos and branding for this reason.

After submitting your order I’ll send you my branding questionnaire which gives you the opportunity to provide me with all of the info I’ll need to start brainstorming for your preliminary logo concepts.

This short but focused questionnaire includes your style preferences, preferred color palette, and other pertinent info about your business and brand personality.

I’ll start brainstorming.

Within two business days, I’ll send your initial logo options for you to review.

Once I’ve received your feedback,
I’ll communicate with you and begin to refine the design concept of your choice.

Once you LOVE your logo, I’ll send
your final files via e-mail within one
business day.

How long does your process take?

Generally, logo design takes around 1-2 weeks from start to finish, depending on several factors—but in most cases I’m able to provide changes and revisions within 12-24 hours of receiving your feedback on the concepts I’ve sent to you. Branding packages take slightly more time if there are several individual pieces included. As always, I’m happy to answer any questions you have that are not addressed here.

Purchasing my custom logo design service or complete branding services requires timely communication from both parties. I will keep you informed throughout the process as to the status of your project, and I may check in with you if I haven’t heard from you for a few days after sending your revisions. Essentially, the more quickly you communicate with me, the more quickly the process moves along. 

How will we communicate throughout the process?

I primarily communicate via e-mail, but I am happy to schedule a phone call if necessary. 

What if I need a rush order?

I can sometimes accommodate rush orders. Please contact me before purchasing if you need to have your project completed quickly so that I can make sure I’m able to work with your timeline. The cost of a rush order is $200 plus the price of the design package you’re purchasing.

Will you provide a refund on a cancelled order?

Yes. If you decide to cancel your order before I’ve started on it (before I’ve sent your first round of concepts) I will refund your money in full, minus a 10% processing fee. 

Do you provide refunds on orders that have been started?

Due to the nature of custom design work and the time, planning, and scheduling involved in it, I cannot provide refunds on projects that have been started.
